Here’s a somewhat unique solution to the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Statapult Simulation. This team removed four positions (customer liaison, process observer, sorter, and time observer), eliminated unnecessary paperwork, automated the ball return, standardized the ping pong ball, and stabilized the catapult.
